ENTRY FEE: $40.00 per class unless otherwise stated. Six ribbons will be awarded for each class.
The following is the time schedule for the 2022 Fall Horse Shows. Riders may school until 7:45AM. Schooling breaks at height changes throughout the day if time permits.

WALK-TROT EQUITATION DIVISION (Opportunity)
Open to riders 10 years of age and under who have not cantered or jumped at a recognized show. Riders may NOT cross enter into Short Stirrup.
SHORT STIRRUP EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to junior riders 12 years of age and under who have not competed in classes over fences exceeding 18” in height at a recognized Show. All Riders showing in this division may not compete in any other recognized division or class in a show with fences exceeding 18”. Classes to be judged on seat, hands, guidance, and control of the horse.
PRE-CHILDREN'S EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to junior riders. Fences 2’ in height.
PRE-ADULT EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to adult amateur riders. Fences 2’ in height.
CHILDREN’S EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to junior riders. Fences 2’6” in height.
MODIFIED ADULT EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to adult amateur riders. Fences 2’6” in height.
JUNIOR EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to junior riders. Fences 3’ in height.
ADULT EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to adult amateur riders. Fences 3’ in height.
HUNTER SEAT EQUITATION & MEDAL CLASSES
USEF Talent Search Class is open to young riders who have not reached their 21st birthday under USEF Rules. All classes to be judged on seat, hands, guidance, and control of the horse. Entry Fee: $45.00 per class.
CONNECTICUT (CHJA) MEDAL CLASSES
Open to CHJA members who possess a current CHJA Membership card. Class specifications for all CHJA Medal Classes are available at the secretary’s desk. Entry Fee: $45.00 per class.

Open to horses and ponies. Fences not to exceed 2’. To be judged on performance and soundness.

Open to horses and ponies. Fences not to exceed 2’6”. To be judged on performance and soundness.
MODIFIED/LOW CHILD HUNTER DIVISION
Open to junior riders who are eligible for CHJA Children's Eq. (who have never shown over fences exceeding 3’ at a recognized show, never shown in the CHJA Junior Medal Finals). Open to horses or ponies. Fence height 2’6”. Spreads not to exceed fence height. No combinations. At the same show, same horse/rider or pony/rider combination cannot enter any over fence classes exceeding 2’6”.
MODIFIED/LOW ADULT HUNTER DIVISION
Open to adult amateur riders who, as of Dec. 1 of the current show year, have not shown in classes with fences 3’ or higher at more than three recognized (USEF, CHJA, CHSA, NEHC) horse shows within the past two show years. Riders in this division may not compete in any class at the same show where obstacles exceed 2’6”. To be judged on performance and soundness.
CHILDREN’S HUNTER DIVISION
Children's Hunter riders may not show in any class where the fence heights exceed 3'6" at the same show. Jogging for soundness at the discretion of the judge. To be run in accordance with USEF Zone 1 Specifications. If entries warrant, the division will be split.
ADULT AMATEUR HUNTER DIVISION
To be ridden by Amateurs who are no longer eligible to compete as Junior Exhibitors. Height of fences 3', spreads not to exceed height of fence. Ponies may be ridden by adults, suitability to count. To be run in accordance with USEF Zone 1 specifications.
JUMPER SECTION
Open to all horses with no restrictions to previous winnings. All ties other than first place will be decided by time first round.
PUDDLE JUMPER DIVISION
Open to all horses and riders. Fence height not to exceed 2’.
LOW TRAINING JUMPER DIVISION
Open to all horses and riders. Horse and rider combinations are not eligible to compete in any other jumper classes at the same show where heights exceed 3’6’. Fence height not to exceed 2’9”. Fences 2’6”.
LOW CHILD/ADULT JUMPER DIVISION
Fence heights not to exceed 3’, and, if offered, a horse/rider combination may not show in both the Low Children's Jumper and the High Children's Jumper at the same show. May be combined with Low Adult Jumper.
HIGH CHILD/ADULT JUMPER DIVISION
Fences to be set at 1.10m - 1.15m (3’6” - 3’8”), and, if offered, a horse/rider combination may not show in both the Low Children’s Jumper and the High Children’s Jumper at the same show. May be combined with High Adult Amateur Jumper.
