Robert Rose and Black Gold
Robert Rose and Starbuck Equestrian’s Black Gold solidly won the Championship ribbon in the Children’s/Adult Modified Hunter division at the Fairfield Westchester Professional Association Finals. Rose rode all year to top ribbons at horse shows, to win this coveted award. Bob also won the Reserve Champion in the Low Hunter division.
Bob took a 30 year hiatus from the horse show industry and recently came back to equestrian competition. He rode with Frank and Wayne Carrol l in the sixties and is now one of the Starbuck Equestrian team winners. His trainers throughout the year were Amanda and Juliana Starbuck, Janie Starbuck Weber, Kathy Fogg, Rachel Knoche and Maddie Webb.
